Payment accepted via Ko-fi only.

All prices and payments are in USD (United States of America Dollar).

Prices are non-negotiable, but if you commission multiple things at once I may offer a discount.

Adding extra design elements such as banner text comes at an extra cost and can be discussed as an add-on. Please contact me directly before submitting the request if you would like extra elements.

Submit the commission request via Ko-fi.

For colored pieces, you'll be sent a sketch or sketches for approval within one week. At this point you can either ask for revisions or approve the sketch(es).

I may or may not send an in-progress flat color version for color approval depending on the clarity of the visual references you gave. You can request this if you're concerned about getting the right colors.

You will receive the finished piece in PNG format. No revisions are allowed unless very minor (Example: adding little hearts in the eyes).

As the artist, I maintain the right to post the commission art on my social media and this website as an example of my art.

Art CANNOT be used for NFTs.

You can use the art for personal uses (as a character reference, on ToyHouse, as profile picture, etc) with credit to the artist (Shadowfaerieammy).

The art can also be used for social media assets such as banners, panels, and overlays as long as credit is given.

This does NOT include rights to use the commission commercially (on merchandise and/or for a profit). If you would like to use the commission for that, there is an add-on in the Ko-fi request form.

If we've discussed a commission but you haven't submitted the Ko-fi request form yet, you are able to cancel but please let me know.

Repeated cancellation will impact your ability to commission me in the future.

Again, if you want to cancel prior to payment, TELL ME. If you commission me and then stop communicating, that will impact your ability to commission me in the future.
